Cooling Towers

The Series 3000 cooling towers are double-flow, crossflow units designed to reduce the costs associated with installing, operating and maintaining cooling towers. Rugged construction and efficient operation assure reliable cooling performance in air-conditioning and industrial applications. The Series 3000 is constructed with a hot-dip galvanized steel frame and non-corroding fiberglass-reinforced polyester casing panels.

Closed Circuit Cooling

Series 1500 FXV Closed Circuit Cooling Towers are an induced draft, axial fan design which feature innovative, patented combined-flow heat transfer technology to achieve exceptional thermal performance for applications requiring closed circuit evaporative cooling. The FXV is designed to reduce the costs associated with enclosures, supporting steel, electrical service, piping and rigging for both new and replacement projects. The FXV is especially easy to maintain with key components accessible for service from outside of the unit and a large interior plenum area with a standard built-in walkway.

District Cooling (Ice Storage)

With more than 2200 successful installations worldwide, BAC has more proven applications and systems experience in the design, installation and operation of high efficiency [≤ 34°F (1°C) supply water] ice storage systems for district cooling than any other manufacturer. BAC has supplied ice storage systems for a wide range of projects, including office complexes, hospitals, universities, sports arenas, as well as utility districts (some as large as 125,000 ton-hours). Whether your application is new construction or the replacement of aging inefficient cooling systems, chances are we have been down a very similar road before. Utilizing past experience, we can help you with the most cost effective solution for your thermal storage needs in the most efficient manner.
