Custom-Flo packaged pumping systems

Pump Packages

The integration of piping, electrical components and engineering design into a pre-assembled packaged pumping system provides the contractor, engineer and owner with single source responsibility.

Pump skids can be manufactured with integral remote sump tanks, chillers, special controls, chemical treatment and cooling towers. Units are constructed for indoor or outdoor installation. While most pump skids are designed for permanent location, some are built for portable or temporary installations.

Custom-Flo can design and manufacture a custom pumping system for any application, from a 1/2 HP booster pump system to applications involving the cooling of injection molding machines, welding equipment or those of a more critical nature such as cooling water for a jet engine test cell.

Control Panels

Custom control panels designed to provide control for everything from single or multiple cooling tower installations and heat pump systems, to an infinite variety of process control applications.

Custom-Flo will work with the engineer and/or owner to provide the desired level of control and instrumentation. The simplest of systems to those involving multiple Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) can be furnished.

Regardless of size, the quality of engineering and manufacturing does not vary. Each unit, large and small, is designed on CAD to ensure quality and provide the customer with clear documentation of the equipment. All components are tagged for simplified maintenance.
